Due to the volume of email inquiries The Childress Law Office receives through this web-site, we have been forced to implement this INTAKE POLICY, so that we can identify those persons who are serious about their business.

In order to receive a phone consultation with The Childress Law Office and a written price quote, we ask for the following:

1. Review our TERMS OF SERVICE page.
2. Complete the questionnaire and acknowledgement of our INTAKE POLICY set forth at LET'S GET STARTED. The information provided will be submitted to us electronically.
3. Call our office at 505-266-3479 for a phone consultation and arrange for payment of a $20 intake fee. The $20 intake fee will be credited to the other fees charged if we are hired for any advertised service
4. We request that all payments, including the intake fee, be forwarded either by check, money order or via Paypal.com using our address: childresslaw@hotmail.com. Our primary office address is 5100 Indian School Rd NE, Ste 28, Albuquerque, NM 87110

Our intake process allows us to identify customers who are serious about their business - an important characteristic if we are going to help you.

Scheduled phone consultations with Sidney Childress will be provided to Military Personnel and Members of the United States Armed Forces who email from overseas.
